Privacy Policy

What we collect. Form inputs, uploads (screenshots/PDFs), email, basic analytics.

Why. To create your one-page reply, communicate about your order, and improve operations.

Training. Off by default. We only use anonymised data for improvement if you explicitly opt in.

Retention. We purge submissions after 14 days by default. You can request earlier deletion (see below).

Processors. Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email/storage), Framer (site hosting), Tally (intake form).

Security. Restricted access; least-privilege; manual daily purge at MVP; automation to follow.

Analytics. Framer built-in analytics only at MVP; no third-party retargeting pixels.

Your rights. Access, correction, deletion. Email support@replyguide.com.

International transfers. Data may be processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards.

Changes. We will update this page and note the version/date.

Terms of Service

Service. DecodeHerTexts™ provides calibrated language suggestions and a one-page analysis. We do not contact third parties and we do not impersonate you.

Eligibility. 18+ only.

Scope & no guarantees. Outcomes aren’t guaranteed; advice is opinionated guidance.

Payment. Starter is pay-now; Standard/Deep may be invoiced; SLA starts on payment (AWST). Prices in AUD.

Refunds. See Refunds Policy below. Credits may be offered instead of refunds to keep prices low.

Content you submit. You confirm you’re allowed to share it; no illegal or harassing content; remove PII if you wish.

Privacy & deletion. Default purge after 14 days. Training use is opt-in only. See Privacy Policy.

IP & license. You keep your content. We own site materials and outputs; you receive a personal license to use the delivered PDF.

Acceptable use. No impersonation, harassment, doxxing, or reliance for medical/legal/financial decisions.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 3 months.

Governing law. Western Australia.

Refunds Policy

Before work starts: Full refund on request.

After we’ve started but before delivery: Partial refund or credit (our default) at our discretion based on time spent.

After delivery: Non-refundable, unless we fail to deliver the described PDF.

Express: If Express capacity is unavailable, we’ll refund or convert to Standard — your choice.

How to request: Email support@replyguide.com with your Stripe email and order details.

Data Deletion Request

We default-delete after 14 days. To request earlier deletion, email support@replyguide.com from the same address you used on the form and include “Early Delete” in the subject. We’ll confirm when completed.
